Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious professional to join our team as a Partnerships Associate. In this role, you will support the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This position offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Build persuasive proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage professional communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners.

This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as proficiency with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.

Key Qualifications:

  • A successful candidate will have 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development, with a passion for travel and technology.
  • Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  • Publish a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo for the Alliances team.
