Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute quality assurance and surveillance activities to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct process audits, surveillance checks, and quality inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action tracking to ensure effective resolution of quality issues.
  4. Monitor and report quality metrics (e.g., compliance rate, defect trends) to inform business decisions.
  5. Maintain audit records and contribute to QMS documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Assist in training and awareness programs related to quality standards to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  8. Ensure dashboards reflect real-time or periodic updates of QA and surveillance metrics to support data-driven decision making.
  9. Design, build, and maintain interactive KPI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to visualize quality performance.
  10. Validate data accuracy and completeness before integration into dashboards to ensure reliability.
  11. Analyze trends and anomalies in QA and surveillance performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  12. Track key metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, surveillance alerts, compliance adherence, and resolution times to inform quality strategies.
  13. Generate weekly/monthly reports and executive summaries based on dashboard insights to keep stakeholders informed.
  14. Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actions based on data trends to drive business growth.
