We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead growth initiatives for our Mutual Fund business. The role demands in-depth expertise in customer acquisition strategies, digital marketing channels, and performance analytics to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to boost new customer acquisition for the Mutual Fund vertical.
- Identify and optimize various channels to maximize customer engagement and retention.
- Build strategic partnerships to accelerate customer growth and drive business expansion.
- Leverage data-driven insights to track performance, identify trends, and inform continuous improvement in customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- 6–9 years of proven experience in growth roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition models, digital marketing funnels, and retention strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
