Job Title: Acquisitions Manager

Milton is seeking a skilled and experienced Acquisitions Manager to oversee the procurement process for essential materials. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in purchasing and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end purchasing process for stainless steel coils, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for order placement, follow-ups, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct vendor visits to identify, discuss, and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align purchase activities with operational needs.
  • Monitor purchase orders to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records in Excel and SAP, and prepare MIS reports as required.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers to strengthen the supply base.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and maintain all required purchase documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP
