Job Overview:
As a senior manager of global partner management, you will play a key role in growing the company's partner ecosystem globally. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with system integrators, driving outcomes aligned with joint partner priorities, and ensuring overall partner success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic partnerships with global system integrators (SIs), including relationship ownership, governance, and business planning.
- Drive partner-related sales and delivery initiatives to accelerate growth and customer success.
- Identify new business opportunities and align go-to-market strategies with the company's objectives.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to SIs, offering insights on products and best practices.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance SI capabilities.
- Track partnership performance using KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify risks, improvement areas, and secure executive support for strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- 17-22 years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, channels, sales, or marketing, with 5+ years in alliances and partner management.
- Proven experience in managing partnerships with global SIs or OEMs in enterprise software or solutions.
- Strong understanding of global business trends and technological advancements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
