Director of Global Partnerships

Our mission is to revolutionize cancer care by building a diverse clinico-genomic dataset and enabling various stakeholders to accelerate drug discovery, clinical trials, and improve patient outcomes across the globe.
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive partnerships with global pharma and biotech organizations. This role will focus on commercial and research collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with pharma, biotech, and CROs.
- Build strong relationships with commercial/medical affairs and scientific/R&D stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored proposals.
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
- Monitor oncology and diagnostics trends to identify new opportunities.
- 5–8 years of experience in business development/strategic partnerships in healthcare, pharma, biotech, or diagnostics (oncology preferred).
- A strong networker with exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with both business leaders and scientific experts.
- Energetic, self-driven, and motivated by patient impact.
- Direct mentorship from founders and leadership team.
