Job Title: Global Outreach Director

As a Global Outreach Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive outreach programs that foster community engagement and partnerships.

  1. Foster relationships with local organizations, businesses, and stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  2. Develop and implement community outreach initiatives that promote social responsibility and empathy among students.
  3. Coordinate internship placements, ensuring students receive valuable work experience and companies access talented individuals.
  4. Arrange field trips and guest lectures, collaborating with faculty members to ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Data management and analytical skills to track program progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills to deliver results-oriented programs.
  • Knowledge of event planning and management to coordinate successful events.

Education and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Education, Social Work, or related field.
  • Prior experience in education, community development, or corporate partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Kannada language skills are a plus.
