Key Account Growth Specialist

\- Handling 5-10 key client accounts
- Developing executive relationships with client leadership
- Managing communication between clients and internal stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date on client needs, vision, and IT roadmap
- Accelerating partnership growth and capturing new opportunities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
\- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles for a software company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of the sales funnel and different stages
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
