As a customer support specialist, you will play a key role in managing candidate interactions, verifying documents and ensuring professionalism and empathy.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management, be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
  • Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.

This is a full-time internship opportunity requiring 9 hours of work per day, including a 1-hour break, and a minimum duration of 9 months. The working schedule is six days a week, Monday-Saturday, and may require occasional night shifts or Sundays.
