Director of Customer Experience

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Customer Experience to lead our product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in customer experience platforms and a passion for winning in a competitive market.

Job Description:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, leveraging industry trends and customer insights.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing guidance on product development, marketing, and sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer experience platforms, including Pega, Adobe Marketing, and Sales Force Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and its applications in marketing products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field.
