About the Role

The Senior Event Strategist will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver outstanding experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the events team in the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Oversee vendor selection and management, ensuring quality service delivery and value for money.
  • Monitor event logistics and on-site operations, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Evaluate event success and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies, including branding, positioning, and messaging.
