We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer service experience across all channels in emerging markets.

You will manage vendor operations, drive performance metrics, and support efficiency, quality, and membership-first initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in contact center operations with 3+ years of experience
  • Proven track record in vendor management and operational excellence
  • Expert knowledge in consumer service operations
  • Strong project management and reporting skills

In addition, you should have:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Profit, Leonardo, Gendex
  • High proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards

You must also possess:

  • Results-driven problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
