Senior Product Manager AI Innovation Applications

A highly skilled Senior Product Manager is sought to lead the development of cutting-edge products that integrate AI innovation and customer experience. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technology and its applications in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries, with successful product launches across various platforms. Experience with AI/ML products, such as LLMs, analytics, and conversational AI, is essential. Strong analytical skills, collaboration abilities, and a hands-on approach are also required.

This role involves defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The Senior Product Manager will foster strong relationships with customers, leveraging their feedback to refine products and influence positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Deliver AI-Powered Features: Develop and execute strategies for AI-powered features that drive intelligent customer engagement.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Understand competitor offerings and user needs, guiding the product roadmap towards differentiation and leadership.
  • Prioritize Features and Functionalities: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Foster Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, leveraging their feedback to refine products and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment or consumer applications serving millions of users.
  • Proven Track Record: Developing and executing large-scale product deliveries with successful product launches across various platforms.
  • AI/ML Experience: Experience with AI/ML products, such as LLMs, analytics, and conversational AI.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
  • Collaboration Abilities: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a product development team, work effectively across functions, and lead through influence in a global team environment.
