Project Automation Lead

Avoid traditional project management methods and thrive in an innovative AI-driven environment. As a Project Automation Lead, you'll orchestrate cutting-edge workflows, marry business requirements with technical possibilities, and ensure seamless automation delivery to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceive and oversee end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams
  • Guide interns in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, Zapier) and oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com
  • Integrate tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, via APIs/webhooks and monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows
  • Review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients
  • Act as primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment
Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations
