A senior AI and cloud specialist with exceptional leadership skills is required to spearhead agile teams in delivering innovative AI and cloud solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong computer science background, experience in managing complex AI and cloud projects as a Scrum Master, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving successful agile teams through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their adaptation to AI/cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and exposure to AI/ML/LLM-based projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Understanding of cloud cost optimization practices and FinOps strategies.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, AI agent workflows, or MLOps pipelines.
  • Agile certifications are a plus.
