Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in Ed-Tech Training to lead the coordination of comprehensive training programs focused on cloud and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination and facilitation, with expertise in cloud and AI training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, plan, and manage training programs centered around Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies.
  • Execute innovative training initiatives, emphasizing Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and other Microsoft cloud capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of training logistics from inception to completion.
  • Facilitate technical evaluation calls for prospective trainers, focusing on their expertise in Azure services and AI technologies.
  • Build and maintain a trusted network of external trainers specialized in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI.
  • Oversee the distribution of technical training materials, including Azure lab guides, sandbox environments, and OpenAI documentation or access codes.
  • Ensure all training programs meet quality standards and result in high customer satisfaction and knowledge transfer.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or program management, focused on technical cloud computing or training industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing technical training programs, especially those centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with experience leveraging it for training analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and working knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services) and OpenAI's integration within Azure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to juggle multiple complex training projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of articulating cloud and AI concepts.
  • Aptitude for learning emerging technologies quickly, particularly in the cloud and AI space.
