Job Opportunity: Training Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement end-to-end training programs for beauty advisors, field sales teams, and retail partners.

  • Develop curriculum and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, visual merchandising basics, and claims guardrails.
  • Create multi-format content, including decks, playbooks, 2-minute WhatsApp videos, role-plays, and quizzes in both Hindi and English.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, roadshows, and monthly masterclasses.
  • Collaborate with the NPD/R&D team to translate INCI and benefits into accurate demonstrations and ensure compliant claims.
  • Establish learning management systems, track training progress, and publish training calendars.
  • Manage store audits, side-by-sides, and basic skills training, including grooming, demo rituals, and replenishment cues.
  • Lead regional trainers, onboard channel trainers, and manage external academies and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty or personal care retail training, with a track record of leading pan-India training programs.
  • Strong understanding of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain INCI and shade science simply.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English, with confident facilitation and on-camera presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with learning management systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and launches, with high travel comfort.
