About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Program Advisor.

As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and helping potential students achieve their career goals through our high-quality programs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with prospective students to identify their career aspirations and matching them with our world-class education opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up throughout the enrollment process.
  • Providing personalized guidance and support to learners via phone and email, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in international markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.
