Job Opportunity: Training Program Development Lead

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels, with a proven track record of managing complex business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions on topics such as emotional intelligence, decision making, collaboration, leadership, cultural awareness, project management, compliance, lifelong learning, developing professional capability, learning sciences, instructional design, training delivery, technology application, knowledge management, career development, coaching, and evaluating impact
  • Mentor and coach junior trainers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in product and process training, preferably in a complex business environment
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and technology-enhanced training methods
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor junior trainers
  • Possession of a relevant degree or certification in training and development

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Training program effectiveness measured through employee engagement and skill enhancement
  2. Junior trainers' skills and knowledge enhanced through mentoring and coaching
