Program Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of high-quality training programs.

About this Role:

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance skills, performance, and professional growth. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs through surveys and interviews, developing effective training materials, overseeing onboarding programs, evaluating program effectiveness, collaborating with leaders to align training with business objectives, and tracking participation records.

Key Requirements:

  • Masters degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training software
  • Understanding of e-commerce and cross-border trade
  • Certification in training or development
  • Experience in retail or large-scale operations
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
