Job Title:

AI Project Manager

Description:

The AI Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage product and software engineering projects from inception to deployment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and expectations.
  • Leverage exceptional leadership skills to build a high-performing engineering team grounded in respect, empathy, and best practices.
  • Develop and deploy GenAI/LLM-based solutions across business functions, delivering high-quality outcomes through strong software engineering principles.
  • Delight customers through tailored solutions, driving business acceleration and growth.
  • Broad experience covering diverse customer verticals and/or different industries.
  • Ability to integrate complete workflows, empowering customers to accelerate their business.
  • Strong programming background in Node JS/Java/Python, React.js/Angular.
  • Experience in cloud architecture and technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of application/front-end stack, middle-layer, backend stack, and data ingestion to dashboards.
  • Expertise in anchoring engineering teams as go-to-person to understand issues on the ground.
  • Strong foundation of agile ways of working.
