Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Communications Director to join our team at InMobi, a leading global advertising platform. This role will be based in Bangalore and report directly to the CMO.

About the Role

You will be part of the Global Marketing Team for InMobi across its consumer internet and enterprise platform businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that showcases InMobi's leadership position in the ad tech industry. You will work closely with the global marketing heads and leadership teams, including CEOs of each business unit.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the corporate brand positioning and messaging for InMobi and Glance globally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure feature stories and coverage in top-tier publications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling narratives around InMobi's technology innovations and achievements.
  • Manage the regional PR teams and engage with the global marketing team, leadership team, and subject matter experts to uncover stories and proof points for pitching to journalists.
  • Track and monitor industry, competition, and InMobi coverage on an ongoing basis, publishing regular newsletters capturing these coverages.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in PR, brand communications, or consulting. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage media, executives, and peers. A self-reliant problem solver who can work independently and with multiple teams is essential. Experience driving Corporate Communications & PR in ad tech and/or data industry is preferred.

Requirements
  • 10-15 years of work experience in PR/Brand Communications/Consulting/Storytelling
  • MBA or BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations preferred
  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communications and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative team skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and career development opportunities.
