We're seeking a Tech Lead with 4 years of experience shipping products and a desire to leverage AI.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions in collaboration with product managers and designers.
- Break down complex problems into detailed technical plans and provide leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features, maintain industry standards in the codebase, and mentor junior engineers for their growth.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and address technical debt, implement efficiency-enhancing processes, and foster innovation.
Our Tech Stack
- Backend: Django, Python, Elastic, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery
- Frontend: React, Redux, Styled Components, Webpack, Next.js
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS
- 4 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade services/applications.
- A proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams, proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Django), and familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., React).
- Comfortable designing and implementing scalable architecture patterns to support business growth.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience building products on LLMs will be an added advantage.
