Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Content Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating human-centered experiences that provide personalized, clear, helpful, and inclusive digital solutions for our customers.

You will leverage human-centered design methods (design-thinking, service design, research/insights, etc.) to plan, create, and present persuasive, engaging, and strategic ideas that influence product roadmaps and demonstrate a solution's potential for success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing human-centered design strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business goals and user needs
  • Creating and presenting design concepts and ideas
  • Performing competitive analysis and monitoring market trends

Our ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to create innovative and effective design solutions. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in English, Writing, Technical Writing, Journalism, Content Strategy, or Library Science preferred

Three to five years of relevant experience in content experience design

Proficiency in Figma and Agile project management tools

Experience working in a cross-channel environment, including desktop, mobile, and voice

Strong skills in managing ambiguity, working autonomously, and multitasking
