Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in HR consulting and recruitment services.
- Proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and sales leadership.
- Strong track record in managing large teams and business units.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
