Country Procurement Lead Sourcing Lead will manage all aspects of sourcing outsourced facilities management services across all countries in APAC This resource will also serve as the India country lead in all aspects of sourcing responsibilities This resource will be the key interface with the JLL APAC senior IFM management client regional procurement leadership and serve as the primary interface with the India IFM management along with the client regional operational management This role will line manage 8 roles including 2 country leads an India sourcing manager and China Japan RoA sourcing manager What this job involves Responsible for management and performance of all strategic sourcing and procurement related activities for specific client requirements across the APAC client portfolio under management includes all service lines as required Countries include India China Japan Australia New Zealand and Rest of Asia Accountable for sourcing strategy procurement planning RFP management bid analysis and recommendations liaison with client governance teams for Contract approvals Savings reporting documentation and compliance Manage team and stakeholders to ensure that scope of services service level agreements are in place collaboration with Account Manager Facilities Managers Operations Team and client contacts as appropriate To track budget savings from tenders process re-design negotiation initiatives and provide monthly Quarterly reports to Sourcing Procurement Leadership To ensure that all vendor details and files are complete and immediately updated with notified changes and actively monitor and document any changes required to the vendor contracts To manage framework relationships with JLL preferred suppliers Review performance as outlined in the framework agreements Transformation activities are supported by the team including audits reports and actions Gather knowledge on Market Country intelligence report information through JLL APAC Sourcing Procurement Regional Leads Developing the Supply Chain to meet the business and client needs strengthening the capabilities for opportunities of partnership and B2B Develop team and give Training guidance support on the Sourcing Procurement Strategic Sourcing activities ensure understanding in the tools systems regulations country regional practices are available Leading Saves innovation summits by category within country Ensure Policies and procedures on the accounts relate to the appropriate country operations and practices That they are reviewed annually and are current Ensure Sourcing Procurement Account Sourcing Managers develop and implement Sourcing plans for their client country region Sounds like you To apply you need to be have Customer Client obsession developing win-win solutions that provide best value delivery Excellent inter-personal communication and negotiation skills Excellent numerical and commercial acumen Strong analytical ability required Strong written and verbal English language skills additional WE language preferred required 5 to 10 years in similar position expertise executing sourcing deliverables managing resources across APAC countries Deep understanding of IFM services and supplier environment Sourcing procedures and protocols particularly for service contracts Experience working with suppliers across the APAC region Hold
