Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced APAC Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles, a deep understanding of the technology landscape, and proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top technical talent.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Diversity Initiatives: Contribute to our diversity and inclusion efforts by actively seeking diverse talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the IT industry for Apac region.
  • Strong knowledge of various technical roles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
