
Optimize Revenue Growth Specialist

About the Role:
This position is responsible for overseeing pricing strategies and ensuring optimal revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce sales and experience with pricing optimization on platforms like Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute channel and category-level pricing to align with supply plans, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure daily achievement of top-line and trade margin across all channels.
- Analyze historical sales data to predict future demand, taking into account trends, seasonality, and competition.
- Adjust pricing based on visibility funnel insights to optimize click-through rates (CTRs) and conversions.
- Maintain weekly cadence with channel partners to review actual versus plan performance, including Key Account Management (KAM).
- Develop and implement discount strategies during events to maximize sell-throughs and margin delivery.
