Job Title: Brand Specialist

A highly skilled and innovative Brand Specialist is required to shape and communicate our vision and mission.

  • Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies that align with our brand elements
  • Leading a team of marketing professionals in executing brand initiatives
  • Creating engaging content to motivate the target audience to take action
  • Establishing performance metrics, cost parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
  • Measuring and reporting the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, researching consumer markets, and competitors' activities
  • Oversighting new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Developing innovative growth strategies to drive business forward
  • Fostering alignment across the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think strategically and creatively, and have a deep understanding of marketing principles and practices. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be comfortable with change and ambiguity.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
