Job Title: Delivery Lead

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Lead to join our team and drive business growth through successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Delivery Lead will be responsible for developing portfolio roadmaps, managing project approaches, and building stakeholder buy-in. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing portfolio roadmaps for respective areas and executing against those roadmaps
  • Managing project approaches and building stakeholder buy-in around project plans, commitments, and changes
  • Understanding data/process flows for model implementation
  • Supporting management of scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budget
  • Managing, monitoring, and reporting progress, issues, dependencies, risks to portfolio lead, internal stakeholders, and steering committees
  • Making recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization
  • Supporting governance and control activities in line with business needs and aligned to organization's processes
  • Ensuring adherence to standard controls and driving teams to achieve compliance and framework, capability management, risk management, security controls, and technology architecture design
  • Establishing effective governance and control in line with Change Framework and coordination of cross-technology teams across Global Business and Global Function delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Delivery Lead, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Track record of leading delivery through teams directly and indirectly across local and remote environments
  • Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural diverse work environments
  • Evidence of managing and satisfying multiple stakeholders and perspectives in a fluid and changing environment
  • High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives
