Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Coordinator to join our team in Pondicherry. As a key member of our hospitality start-up, you will be responsible for managing reservations across various channels, ensuring seamless communication with guests, and maintaining accurate data on property management systems.

Your primary focus will be on creating an exceptional guest experience by handling bookings, verifying property listings, and coordinating with property managers. You will also be responsible for reviewing guest communication, updating rates and availability, and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of online travel agencies (OTAs) and property management systems (PMS). Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively interact with guests, property managers, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting is also essential.

Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in reservations/front office in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets and PMS.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
