**Job Title:**

Dy Manager – Internal Control Specialist

**Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting independent reviews of internal controls to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency. He/She will also facilitate the completion of mandatory statutory, corporate, and Asia reporting requirements.

This role involves thorough assessment of all areas of risk and implementation of complete and effective risk management strategies across all functional areas.

The incumbent will support location management teams during operational and financial audits by assisting in preparation, liaising with auditors, responding to deficiencies, and closing them.

Additionally, the Dy Manager – Internal Control Specialist will obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documents to check compliance with US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards, and Company's internal policy.

He/She will also review customer and supplier reserves, accruals, tooling, EDD Template, receivables, AR Reserve, Unbilled AR, and white papers for policy/accounting deviations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant with more than 8 years of experience in internal audit, accounting audit, or internal control roles, including at least 4 years in a Big 4 environment.
  • Experience working in manufacturing environments with cross-functional departments.
  • Ability to perform process audits and month-end close reviews independently.
  • Outstanding knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting standards.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and executive stakeholders.
  • High adaptability and ability to work well with ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
  • Experience with QAD and Hyperion is highly preferred.
