Job Title: HR Director

Raffles Educity seeks a seasoned and strategic HR Director to spearhead its Human Resource Function. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our HR operations. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-performance cultures, driving business growth, and developing innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive Talent Acquisition strategies and processes to attract, select, and retain top talent in the industry.
  • To design and implement a comprehensive Onboarding program that ensures new employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a meaningful contribution from day one.
  • To develop and execute a Performance Management framework that drives business results, improves employee performance, and fosters a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • To design and deploy innovative Rewards and Recognition programs that motivate and engage employees, driving business outcomes and retention.
  • To create and implement an Employer Branding strategy that showcases Raffles Educity as an employer of choice, attracting top talent and promoting a positive reputation.
  • To conduct regular Engagement Surveys to measure and monitor employee satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted initiatives to address these gaps.
  • To develop and maintain a comprehensive Centre Engagement Plan, ensuring seamless Employee Life Cycle Management and delivering an enhanced employee experience across all centres.
  • To manage and develop the HR Operations function, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services and support to employees and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes and driving high-performance cultures.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and rewards and recognition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR data, identify trends and insights, and develop evidence-based recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
