Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to provide executive administrative assistance to our CEO, Ms Pooja Bedi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communication, organizing diaries, and utilizing skills to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling:
- Coordinate workshops, webinars, and podcast recordings.
- Manage personal and professional calendars.
- Communication:
- Respond to emails, messages, and comments on social media.
- Prepare and send newsletters, updates, and promotional materials.
- Content Management:
- Assist with research, outlining, and editing content for podcasts, webinars, and workshops.
- Upload and manage content on various platforms (website, social media, podcast hosts).
- Client Management:
- Coordinate client sessions, bookings, and payments.
- Ensure client confidentiality and data protection.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist with social media management, posting, and engagement.
- Help with promotional materials, graphics, and video editing.
- Business Operations:
- Manage invoices, expenses, and basic book keeping.
- Coordinate with team members, vendors, and partners.
- Emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wellness, self-help, and personal development concepts.
- Basic design and video editing skills.
- Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar).
- Social media management tools.
- Podcast hosting platforms.
- Webinar software (Zoom, Webex, etc.).
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.).
