Job Opportunity: ORM Framework Expert

Operational Risk Management (ORM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and resilience of an organization. As part of our Operational Risk Management Framework Adherence & Quality Assurance team, we seek a highly skilled professional to join us in managing operational risk exposure and facilitating informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently assess the degree of implementation and adherence to ORM Framework requirements across various functions, providing confidence in quality outputs used for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure collective inputs are considered during the implementation and embedding of ORM processes, controls, and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, risk management practices, and changes in regulatory and operating environments.
  • Support the development of Operational Risk systems, tools, and data infrastructure to enhance risk management capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to established Business Continuity procedures, requiring rigorous testing of mandatory scenarios documented in Business Continuity Plans.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business, finance, risk management, consulting, or similar roles within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Operational Risk Management principles and practices gained through relevant experience in 1LoD risk & control roles, 2LoD risk functions, or Audit.
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with business areas to facilitate successful risk management within the 3 LoD model.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and focus on quality assurance.
