Global Regulatory Framework Specialist

Our team is looking for a skilled professional to join our expanding compliance department. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for implementing the Regulatory Change Management process and identifying relevant changes in regulatory requirements.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to shape and strengthen our regulatory framework at a global level. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Compliance team and Local Compliance Officers to ensure ongoing compliance, avoid reputational damage and/or financial loss and maintain a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing the RCM process and ensuring its smooth operation.
- Identifying and keeping abreast of relevant changes in regulatory requirements and business activities on a global basis.
- Ensuring compliance team members are informed of present and future legislative and regulatory developments globally across all business divisions.
- Liaising with compliance team members to oversee the completion of assessments, gap analyses and the resultant implementation of new controls where identified.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree holder in law or other relevant field or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2-4 years experience in the financial services sector, compliance or legal.
- Experience in the identification and evaluation of legal and regulatory obligations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
