Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Portfolio Management Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities align with relevant regulatory frameworks and internal guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent analytical and drafting skills, as well as high-level ownership, attention to detail, and professionalism.

This role involves assisting in regulatory filings, maintaining compliance manuals and tracking tools, and statutory compliance under the Companies Act 2013. Additionally, the Regulatory Affairs Specialist will support concurrent, internal, and statutory audits by preparing required documentation and responding to audit queries.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, circulars & notifications
  • Maintain the Compliance Manual, Checklist, Tracking, and Reporting
  • Support Regulatory Filings
  • Support Statutory Compliance under Companies Act 2013
  • Assist in Audits
  • Support AML/PMLA & Insider Trading Compliance
  • Support Client and Distributor Documentation
