Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team in the field of regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology, chemistry, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely creation, compilation, and distribution of Product Quality Report from regulatory affairs systems.
  • Coordination with affiliates and stakeholders to gather required information and track certificates and sample status.
  • Closely tracking progress on certificates and samples requests.
  • Translation and delivery of documents required for submission with registered vendors to end-users.
  • Sample request coordination for registration with affiliates.
  • Assignment of tasks to relevant stakeholders through accurate workflow management based on request categories.
  • Updating and archiving requests on Sharepoint for global affiliate visibility.
  • Bulk updates in regulatory affairs systems as applicable.
  • Performance of other operational activities as requested by the business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Bio Science, or equivalent.
  • 6-24 months of experience in regulatory affairs or related fields.
