  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Reputation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing social media engagements, guiding design and content teams on social media trends, analyzing campaign data, and creating and presenting social media engagement strategies.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new processes to build efficiencies for overall social media efforts, streamlining workflows, and enhancing productivity. They will also manage daily social media operations, ensuring consistent posting, community interaction, and brand presence.
  • In addition, the Digital Reputation Specialist will act as the owner and custodian of the brand's social media presence within the team, ensuring brand voice and guidelines are maintained. They will also conduct regular data reporting and prepare monthly dashboard presentations on social media performance for management.
