About the Role

Master the art of luxury travel ticketing with precision and finesse. We are seeking a skilled Flight Specialist to join our team, bringing expertise in GDS systems and international travel management.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end flight bookings, complex itineraries, and provide exceptional support to discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage flight bookings, exchanges, cancellations, and ticket issuance via GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) ensuring precision and timeliness.
  • Navigate complex multi-city, international, and round-the-world itineraries with ease and accuracy.
  • Apply airline fare rules and interline agreements for optimal client outcomes, always striving for excellence.
  • Act on PNRs within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain complete documentation across systems.
  • Collaborate with airline partners on fare optimization, refunds, and disputes, driving mutual success.
  • Manage special service requests, including seat preferences, unaccompanied minors, meals, medical needs, and urgent ticketing issues with care and attention to detail.
  • Lead Debit Memo Management: Investigate and respond to ADMs quickly, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures to minimize occurrences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce ADM occurrences through staff training, documentation, and process improvements, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Owning BSP and ARC workflows with precision - from airline invoicing to reconciliation and reporting, ensuring seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in flight ticketing for HNI clients, travel agencies, OTAs, or corporate desks.
  • Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
  • Deep understanding of international travel, fare construction, and route planning.
  • Expertise with BSP, ARC, PNR management, ticket issuance, and airline invoicing.
  • IATA Foundation or Consultant Certification required.
  • Polished verbal communication, attention to detail, and calm under pressure, essential for delivering exceptional results.
  • Bonus: Experience in luxury travel, private aviation, or VIP ticketing, an added advantage.
