Job Title:

Holiday Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to lead our holiday operations team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized holiday itineraries that cater to clients' preferences and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and activity arrangements to ensure a hassle-free travel experience.
  • Oversee the entire holiday booking process, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle client escalations related to bookings and itinerary changes, resolving issues efficiently.
  • BUILD STRONG VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and local partners to secure competitive rates and high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, destinations, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Maintain accurate travel documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed before departure.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record in handling hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and travel itineraries.
  • Strong understanding of travel products and services (flights, hotels, activities, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle client escalations professionally.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Passion for travel and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
