As a Regional Sales Leader at Lepton Software, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to generate revenue from our Location Intelligence Platform, 'Smart Market', across various business verticals.

You will work closely with partners and system integrators to drive channel revenue. To achieve this goal, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically about business and product growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solution/application sales, specifically in BFSI, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, mobility, or automobile segments. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is mandatory, and a good understanding of IT/software services would be advantageous.

You will be responsible for defining key market segments to target, achieving quota, establishing seller relationships, and driving day-to-day interactions with these companies to build long-term business engagement.
