Mumbai Sales Leadership Role

MNR Solutions is a fast-paced organization seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company sales targets.
- Lead Sales Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Clinet Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a similar role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
