Sales Manager Job Description
MNR Solutions is a fast-paced organization seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company sales targets.
  • Lead Sales Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Clinet Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a similar role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
