Sales Leadership Role

EK Design Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to lead the sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As the overall head of sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and taking ownership of achieving overall sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with overall business goals
• Take full ownership of overall sales numbers, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales quotas
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed
Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the sales team to nurture existing client accounts and secure repeat business
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
• Oversee the preparation of compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that effectively showcase the company's products
Performance Reporting:
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, achievements, and challenges, to the Executive Director
• Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives accordingly
• In-depth understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics
• Familiarity with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Knowledge of various sales channels and platforms
