Customer Support Professional

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new candidates and ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to excel in the program.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing personalized support to help them achieve their goals.

• Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, proposing interventions to enhance learner outcomes.

• Manage preparation for placement activities, ensuring maximum offers and a seamless candidate experience.

• Serve as a liaison between the program team and learners, facilitating clear internal communication and driving student success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • High customer-centricity, to understand student expectations and support them to achieve their goals;
  • Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy.
  • Good problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Decent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is mandatory.
