About the Role:
A Residential Butler at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents. This role requires a high degree of product knowledge, technical skills, and a passion for delivering personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
- To check, clean, and restock all residential amenity floors, including the residents' club, rooftop, pool deck, and outdoor dining spaces.
- To prepare mise en place, set up, and clear tables in the work area, maintaining high standards of hygiene and orderliness.
- To take orders for guests, serve food and beverages, and provide private residence services and products.
- To anticipate residents' needs and take ownership of concerns and requests, acting decisively to ensure satisfaction.
- To be proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery, reporting defects and accidents to management immediately.
- To clean and self-inspect amenity space pantries in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- To maintain all equipment and supplies, using them in a proper manner, and to keep amenity space pantries clean and correctly stocked at all times.
- To provide assistance to any resident in a courteous and friendly manner, maintaining cleanliness, inventory, set-ups, and standards in all amenity spaces.
Additional Responsibilities:
- To carry out any other additional duties as assigned by the Director of Residence and/or Residential Leader.
- To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required.
- To form part of the Emergency Response team while on shift.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, reading and writing.
- Secondary education.
- Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills.
