LocationIn the heart of Worli, the business hub of India's largest city, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is a chic urban oasis with an intimate, boutique atmosphere. Our hotel echoes 'Powerhouse Luxury' in the city that never sleeps.
We offer unparalleled food and beverage options, including AER Mumbai, an award-winning rooftop bar, and San:Qi, a pan-Asian restaurant with wine bar and private dining rooms. Our extensive menu features Indian, Chinese, Thai, and Japanese delicacies.
Job Responsibilities- Ensure all amenity spaces are well-maintained and ready for service, with pre and post-service checks completed.
- Assist residents with food and beverage requirements at all amenity spaces as needed.
- Ensure all service areas are fully stocked with sufficient supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory of operational supplies and equipment at all amenity spaces.
- Assign daily tasks and follow up on delivery.
- Monitor Butler performance, ensure sufficient supplies are stored, and check cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, elevators, and Linen Closets.
- Do appraisals for reporting team members.
- Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
- Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Concierge, Guest Service Agent, etc.
- Cover short periods of time at the Residential Concierge desk and assist in crunch situations in both residences and hotel operations when required.
- Be aware of emergency procedures in place.
- Create reports as needed.
- Fluent in English, reading and writing.
- Computer proficiency – Excel, MS Word, etc.
- Detail-oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated.
- One to three years of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
- Bachelor's in Hotel Management or Graduate from a reputable university.
