About the Role:
A Residential Butler at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of residential amenities, providing exceptional service to residents, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and orderliness. This role requires a high degree of product knowledge, technical skills, and a passion for delivering personalized experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check, clean, and restock residential amenity floors, including residents' clubs, rooftops, pool decks, outdoor dining spaces, and open-air theaters.
- Prepare mise en place, set up, and clear tables in the work area, maintaining high standards of hygiene and orderliness.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide personalized service to residents in accordance with private residence services and products.
- Anticipate residents' needs, take ownership of concerns and requests, and act decisively to ensure satisfaction.
- Be proficient in the safe handling of equipment and machinery, report defects and accidents to management immediately, and be competent in MSDS procedures and accident response.
- Clean and self-inspect amenity space pantries in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Offer assistance to residents in a courteous and friendly manner, maintain all equipment and supplies, and use them in a proper manner.
- Keep amenity space pantries clean and correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Director of Residence and/or Residential Leader.
- Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required.
- Participate in the Emergency Response team while on shift.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, reading and writing.
- Secondary education.
- Possess a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills.
