About Four Seasons:

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a world-renowned hospitality brand that prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Residential Butler, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing personalized service to our residents.

About the Role:

The Residential Butler is responsible for maintaining the residential amenity floors, ensuring they are well-stocked and clean. This includes attending to all resident service requests at the amenity spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check, clean, and restock all residential amenity floor areas, including the residents' club, rooftop, pool deck, outdoor dining spaces, and open-air theater.
  • Prepare mise en place, set up, and clear tables in the work area, maintaining high standards of hygiene and orderliness.
  • Take orders from guests, serve food and beverages, and provide private residence services and products.
  • Anticipate residents' needs and take ownership of concerns and requests, acting decisively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Be proficient in the safe handling of equipment and machinery, reporting defects and accidents to management immediately.
  • Clean and self-inspect amenity space pantries according to Four Seasons standards.
  • Offer assistance to residents in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Maintain all equipment and supplies, using them properly.
  • Keep amenity space pantries clean and correctly stocked, and ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy, and in good working order.
  • Maintain cleanliness, inventory, set-ups, and standards in all amenity spaces, and provide proper and safe operation of equipment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ability to carry out additional duties as assigned by the Director of Residence and Residential Leader.
  • Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned.
  • Form part of the Emergency Response team while on shift.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, reading and writing.
  • Secondary education.
  • Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills.
