As a Commercial Real Estate Manager at Green s HR Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive business growth and success in the construction finance sector.   • Key Accountabilities

The Commercial Real Estate Manager will be accountable for:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Leading a team of experienced professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders
  • Monitoring key performance indicators to ensure the team is meeting its targets and identifying areas for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the team is competitive and well-informed

  • Credit team to provide transaction and customer details, discuss financial analysis and documents, and respond to queries
  • Risk team to monitor portfolio and review individual client-level exposure and issues with client repayments

External Clients

The Commercial Real Estate Manager will engage with:

  • Client to maintain and increase client base, seek business growth opportunities, and deepen relationships
  • Channel partners to acquire new relationships, discuss payouts, and grow business
